Berkley Police Department and Bristol County District Attorney’s Office Investigation Leads to the indictment of Joseph Phillips for Larceny.
Berkley, Massachusetts- The Berkley Police Department, in collaboration with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, has successfully concluded an investigation into missing funds from the Berkley Athletic Association.
After convening a Grand Jury this fall, Joseph Phillips has been indicted on three counts of Larceny over $1200.00. The Berkley Athletic Association and Granite Telecommunications were identified as victims in the indictment.
Today, Mr. Phillips was arraigned at Fall River Superior Court in connection with the charges brought against him.
